Christina Haack was conceived in Anaheim, California. Her first job after leaving school was working in the field of real estate. Tarek el Moussa was her future spouse. They had a great time through 2008, but then the stock market crashed and many house flippers and real estate investors went under. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussisa, nearly everything because of the 2008 market collapse. They went from a home that cost $6,000 per month, to a $750/month rental. Their businesses and the economy gradually rebounded. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted an acquaintance to develop an audition tape for HGTV which featured Christina reflipping properties completely from scratch. Pie Town Productions executive received this tape. The execs were in love with Tarek along with Christina. In 2012 the couple reached a deal with HGTV. "Flip of Flop" w premiered in April 2013. Over the course of seven seasons, this show ran from 2013 until 2017. Christina and Tarek bought properties in Orange County that were usually mid-income homes. Then they spent a few weeks renovating the house so that they can flip the property for return. Tarek focuses more on renovation and demolition while Christina is in charge of design. The two also make sure that everything is in order.
